Mentoring
When I look back over my own entrepreneurial journey, some of the key step changes in my business happened when I engaged the help of an older, more experienced guide to help and inspire me. I am now in the privileged position to be asked by others to act as their mentor, and each year I agree to act as mentor to a small number of entrepreneurs.
I have found that the best way to kick off a mentoring relationship is to spend a day with you to really get to understand you and your business, so that I can be much more effective in giving you meaningful help and guidance. The workshop doesn't just look at your business and brand, we also spend time focussing on the importance of personal energy management in achieving success, which participants find is a quite powerful and valuable part of the day.
Dates for my next mentoring workshops have just been released and will be held on 21 January 2009 and 18 March 2009 from 9.30am to 5pm at the Business & IP Centre at the British Library, next to St Pancras Station, London. There are only THREE places on each workshop to ensure I can give you individual attention. I then offer you 12 months' mentoring by phone and email, as much or as little as you need - within reason! I have found it works better to let you guide this process, as there will be times in your journey when you need lots of input and support, and other periods when you will be happily flying!
The year's mentoring (including the workshop) costs £1,950 + VAT and is payable in two stages: a deposit of £950 + VAT to secure your place on the course and the balance of £1,000 + VAT payable 4 weeks prior to the event.
To book a place on one of the workshops please send a cheque payable to Rachel Elnaugh Ltd for £950 + VAT (£1,116.25) to me at Rachel Elnaugh Ltd, 18 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HX and your place will be confirmed. Places are allocated on a strictly first-come first-served basis and if your choice of date is full you will be offered an alternative or a full refund. Should you book and then decide to cancel, provided we can fill your place on the day your deposit will be refunded in full.
