The website www.rachelelnaugh.com is operated by Rachel Elnaugh Ltd (RELtd) (registered number 06314233), a company wholly owned by Rachel Elnaugh whose registered office is at 18 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London W1S 1HX.

These terms set out the basis on which we provide information, advice, support and services to our users.

1. Services to Individuals

1.1 RELtd provides its Entrepreneurial Profiling service free of charge to individuals.

1.2 The Profile Test was created by Rachel Elnaugh and it is based on her experience in dealing with entrepreneurs (not any formal psychological study) and gives an indication of the type of Entrepreneur you are (from 9 groups identified/created by Rachel) based on the answers given by the individual.

1.3 The Profile Test, associated definitions and entrepreneur types are copyright Rachel Elnaugh April 2007.

1.4 RELtd agrees not to share your responses to the 12 Profile questions with any third party, however, your Profile score and information provided in answers to all other questions may be shared with third parties who provide Business Opportunities at its sole discretion.

1.5 RELtd looks at all business topics and opportunities featured on its site from the point of view of an experienced entrepreneur. Naturally, we make enquiries and talk to business and service providers to enable us to understand their business and the opportunities provided, but our investigations and enquiries should not be considered as a substitute of your own personal and thorough due diligence exercise.

1.6 RELtd accepts no duty of care to anyone who wishes to follow up on our suggestions. Therefore if a particular investment or opportunity is of interest to you, you should seek your own professional advice and consider carefully what representations are made to you, particularly regarding any forecast of the return on your investment that might be offered. With the benefit of our experience, we can go by "feel" and instinct in deciding what might be worthy of further enquiry; it may well be that you have less experience. We recommend that you seek your own advice from a solicitor, accountant or other qualified business advisor.

1.7 RELtd may from time to time provide links to other websites or resources but does not accept responsibility for these websites or resources, neither can we be deemed to have endorsed their content, products or services unless specifically otherwise stated.

1.8 RELtd makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided by it is accurate at the time of its inclusion. However there may be errors, inaccuracies or omissions in respect of which RELtd excludes all liability. Any decision taken by users based on the information contained on any service is their sole responsibility.

2. Services to Corporate Clients
2.1 RELtd offers companies operating within the business to business ("B2B") sector various opportunities to promote their services/products/businesses within the website www.rachelelnaugh.com.

2.2 RELtd also provides an independent business information website designed to offer impartial advice and opinions to individuals who are either in business or looking to go into business, on any business related topic or service and reserves the right to express opinions on any subject or service provider regardless of whether they are engaged as a client or not.

2.3 RELtd reserves the right to refuse inclusions on its site for any reason, at its sole discretion.

2.4 RELtd reserves the right to withdraw advertising or promotion relating to any company which has paid for advertising or promotion on its site at any time, where information comes to light that leads RELtd to believe, in its sole discretion, that continued promotion of that company, service or product may bring the RE brand into disrepute.

2.5 RELtd reserves the right to amend or update any editorial feature or Profile of any company featured on its site where additional information comes to light at any stage subsequent to original publication.

2.6 RELtd will use its reasonable endeavours to maintain services however does not accept any responsibility for interruptions or failures or any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits or consequential losses arising directly or indirectly from any User\'s use of or inability to access or use any service.

3. Other conditions
3.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unenforceable it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

3.2 These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time without notice.

3.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to be a contract made in England between RELtd and the user.

3.4 The failure by RELtd to enforce any right under these Terms & Conditions will not waive the right of RELtd to do so.
